When you fundamentally change the genetic make-up of a Big Mac, is it still a Big Mac? A move this big couldn’t just be announced—it needed to be debated. So instead of rolling out another celebrity campaign for the sake of celebrity, we did something different. We reinvented what a Big Mac could be so we decided to reinvent what an ad could be. We asked a simple question: If a Big Mac is made with chicken instead of beef… is it still a Big Mac? And we challenged the world to try it and decide for themselves. Because, let’s be honest, the internet loves a good argument.
