The Angel Reese special for McDonald’s

McDonald’s and basketball share a long history, and nearly every generation of fans has a memory of McDonald’s and the game. From the iconic “Showdown” spot featuring Michael Jordan and Larry Bird to the 50 years of the annual McDonald’s High School All-American game, McDonald’s has been part of basketball culture.

However, despite McD’s deep basketball history, our efforts have largely focused on men’s hoops, apart from our work with McDAAG Girls teams. With a goal to write the next chapter in McDonald’s basketball history, there was one clear next step: the WNBA.

So we partnered with one of the game’s biggest stars: Angel Reese.
